Default Sandbox setting is "disable"

I had installed Avira Free 2012 and then I installed Comodo Firewall. I use default setting during the installation progress. When it completed, the default setting of Sandbox Security Level is "disable". I wonder why Comodo disable Sandbox Security Level by default but in this article (http://help.comodo.com/topic-72-1-284-3038-sandbox-settings.html) I see that says: "The Security Level slider in the Settings interface allows you to switch the Sandbox between Enabled (Default) and Disabled states."
