does having a lot of entries slow down Comodo, especially on log in? i have noticed since i uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version it seems faster on startup since the '' my safe files '' is empty.

With 3.8 adding or changing a rule would take a lot of CPU activity for a "long" period of time (10-15s). Having a big ruleset certainly was of influence with 3.8.

Changes made with 3.9 made that process much quicker. Because of the changes you could not copy your old 3.8 configuration to the new 3.9.

I don't recall having seen any reports from users suggesting a big My Own Safe Files list is affecting Comodo's performance.
