From your previous posts I have the following info;

1. Operating system : Windows XP
2. Service Pack level : Service Pack 3
3. O/S bit level : 32 bit

Can you please provide the following info;

4. Operating system version (Home or Professional)
5. Currently installed security software (antivirus, HIPS etc. excluding CIS)
6. Internet connection type and quoted speed (ADSL, VDSL etc.)
7. Total RAM in your PC
8. Available RAM when O/S has initialized
9. Realtime speed test result (from
