That is HKEY_USERS

But I would replace HKUS\{number} with a * so all users are protected against this.

But my HKEY_USERS dont contain those keys under internet settings .
Under internet settings i failed to find ProxyEnable, ProxyServer, ProxyOverride, SavedLegacySettings.

I see, the GUI seems to have an issue adding specific key's.

Just select the key 'Internet Settings' and it will add the key ending with \Internet Settings* Press OK to add that key.
Now after that edit the key and replace the * with \ProxyEnable, select the whole string and press CTRL-C to copy it, apply this one.
Add a new key and past CTRL-V the previous, change ProxyEnable to ProxyServer and add this one, etc.
