Defense+ does not remeber my rules and programs with no names in trusted files

First thanks for your great efforts and  as i just said in the title Defense+ does not remeber my rules and programs with no names or directorys in the trusted files ,
and sand box keeps isolating some exe files altought it is a safe files when i lookup for them in lookup and it does not remeber that

May be your configuratiion got corrupted.

Try importing a factory default configuration for testing. The factory default configurations can be found in the CIS installation folder and go by the extension .cfgx. When importing a configuration make sure you give it an applicable name like CIS Proactive Security New. This is to prevent overwriting an existing profile.

See if the problem persists or not.
