I just thought to try out CSE, however upon installing and rebooting I noticed I had some issues:

1) System sounds (logon sound, alerts etc) had gone
2) Comodo Boclean updater crashed
3) Svchost.exe crashed
4) linkscanner crashed

svchost failed with this error:

So I uninstalled CSE and rebooted again. This time System sounds worked, Boclean and Linkscanner did not crash, but Svchost.exe was terminated by windows by 'data execution prevention'

Both these events (and the messages I received happened 3 times)

I'm just about to reboot and see what happens this time... if that doesn't fix it I'm trying system restore - unless someone here knows about this problem?

Sorry for dressing up my answer but the problems I experienced caused me or rather force me to uninstall. When your computer tells you the error is critical you have a tendency to get skiddish  Angry Now I have a question about this new firewall but I feel it would be off topic to bring up here..

http://firewall.trustix.com/small/

Where should I post it,
turnorburn

Thank You! Thumb Up
