I installed this software but nothing...

this did not happen in TB2.0.0.0:

Next run your email client, you'll receive notification email from Comodo Security Services and be prompted to download and install you email certificate.

NOTE: notification e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address entered in Step 1 of the Sign-Up Wizard.
