The video shows how to "cheat" on today's video camera.
By using certain tricks, the camera's record will show that the copper hover around without it's propeller rotated at all.

Thus creating the illusion, that people called "the ufo flight".

ooh yes I understand it now! but still it is a bit mesleading, because you see the smaller propeller is hovering around a bit..... and the text doesn't sound to obvious...

This 'trick' has been around for decades.  By strobing the image, you can make fast moving objects appear to be motionless.  A friend of mine did this at an airshow 20 years ago with the strobe effect his video camera had.  Looked interesting to see props and blades slowed down to almost no motion while the aircraft was in flight.
