I have just recently come across a free VPN service called VPN Steel. You may find more info and get an account by going to http://www.vpnsteel.com. There's also a forum for it at http://www.vpnsteel.com/forum/index.php.

Well, since more than 300 users have joined the service, Its no longer free. At least he's allowing the people that already have an account to still be able to use it for free .

Actually, its still free. The user just has to renew the 30 days after they're up.

That is probably just the users online.  It says there are a total of 448 registered users.

Yep. That's what the low number is. That and the fact that most users of the service aren't noticing the fact that the site has a forum for it.

The site now has the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy pages added.
