That would depend on your definition of good. Personally, I've found CFP 3.0.15.277 to work very well on my Vista Ultimate. Matousec has a list of Vista compatible firewalls on their web site..

It also depends on what you are looking for in a firewall. There are several other companies that are working on Vista firewalls and expect to have them ready for beta in the near future.
