TCP and UDP settings

Hello, i need some help finding where you are able to open and allow or disallow TCP AND UDP ports. I've looked all over the program and can't find the right spot so i can set these port numbers.

What firewall are you referring to? Comodo? If so post this in the Comodo help area.
