Password protection password does not work, HELP!

Hi every 1! I have Firewallpro v3.9.9... I had it password protected but now it won't unlock with the password
I created. I tried the solution using reg edit even in safe mode by changing modifying the registry and rebooting as intructed in the post somewhere in here forum, but still not happening. Any ideas?
