I am being bombarded by icmp requests and router requests (which are being denied Smiley )

If I log on to the desktop or my laptop (each has a dif ip address from Comcast)

still being pinged heavily. The speed of pings vary.

At various times Comodo will  show UDP or TCP (High Alert) port scan and list the ports being scanned.

ex :
Protocol :udp incoming
source: ip :bootp(67);

Well I  can block his requests to my machine. How do I get closer to finding him

and listing all his activities along with the offending IPs ?

Here is a link with some interesting info
