Firewall settings for outbound VPN through IPSec

I was wondering if anyone here could help me with figuring out what ports need to be open for an outbound VPN through IPSec connection.
Basically I want to connect from my laptop from home to my work VPN.
I have a dedicated PC with WinProxy to share my connection as well as Comodo (of course).
