With so many ports and me being novice, I wonder which program is going were and what ports are active etc?

I would like to see a port list similiar to what you see in the network mon/or logs it would start at 1 and end at the last port showing each ports recent/current activity? o

Welcome, Lavarat!

While CFP does not do this at present, there are free utilities to help with that.  Here are a few names you can check out:

CPorts by NirSoft
TCPView by SysInternals
Vision by Foundstone

just to name a few.
