PHP script language error (ADDED A PICTURE)

Sorry for my 2 last posts in this forum category, but since I installed version 3.0.14.276 when I log in my account at the top of the page appears a PHP script and as far I can see it's related to the Search in the forums link or a Search in the forums button

Hi, it's me again, and now I'm in a cybercafe with IE 6, and appears the same PHP script at the top of the page so, for the record isn't me the only one who has this problem.... Ahhhh!!! and it's only a web problem because here isn't installed any firewall except the Windows one
