Licence Page for Anti-Spam

I hope that I have posted this message in the right place, if not I would be obliged if it was passed to the correct person. I have tried to download the Anti-Spam program but cannot fill in the details that relate to registration and licence. For some reason the page that comes up will not let me enter my country of origin (UK) and does not allow for UK information. It would appear that there is a script or structure error.
Can someone give guidance on this matter?
I had no problems in the download page for the Verification Program.
