Issues downloading manuals for comodo firewall

when attempting to download the manuals for the firewall software from
https://support.comodo.com/index.php
i recieve the following php error..
Fatal error: ERROR: Invalid Download File specified. Make sure the file exists under the files directory. in /var/www/kayako/modules/downloads/client_downloads.php on line 212
