I've noticed that the forum isn't updating correctly for me, mainly the latest post indicated on a forum and the actual posts don't match up (see attached). Also, after hitting mark all as read, there are threads still showing up as new (ones that were posted after the latest post). I've tried deleting the cookies for the forum, but that didn't work so I'm wondering if someone could provide any insight as to what's going on.

Also, whenever I attempt to make any posts or delete a post I get a database error, though the post still goes through (hence why there's two threads, because I thought the posting failed), though I can't delete my own posts if it would remove the topic I started.

That's not the only problem.  Apparently, the fact that I haven't moved your thread to the website issues reporting board is because I can't (although there is a redirected system post in fooling you it's been moved, it really hasn't).  I also see some members with 0 posts despite they clearly have at least one.

Yeah, I also notice I've lost seven posts from my post count...

Try modifying your post.

There have also been a few reports of DB errors which result in your post being added, but once added, they can't be modified or deleted.
