Hi

This may be a proxy issue (see screenshot) as I cannot send the product report after scanning.

Also, showing Java needs updating although "6 - update 13" is the latest.

Hello Graham1,

Unknown reports are send using FTP so if there is a firewall in between somewhere it needs FTP access to 74.52.200.146.

Hi Ronny

Thanks for the reply Smiley. Yes, the company firewall is in between.

Hi Graham1,

JRE 6 Update 14 is latest. Please refer
http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp
http://www.filehippo.com/download_java_runtime/

According to "Sun Microsystems", 6 - update 13 is the recommended version, but not latest.
http://www.java.com/en/download/inc/windows_upgrade_xpi.jsp

Thanks,

Rahul

Hi Rahul

Thanks for the first link Smiley. I had always checked from the second. Not sure why they (Sun Microsystems) wouldn't recommend their latest update but they must have their reasons.
