Hi

It seems that you don't have Internet connection. Please check your Internet connection .
Check if you can download configuration file http://downloads.comodo.com/trustconnect/client.conf ?

I do have internet connection. I was able to download the file you suggested.

I am running this on Windows 7 64 Bit Trail edition. TrustConnect is allowed in Windows Firewall for Public and Home Networks.

It seems like some Internet connection issue. Do you use some proxy to the Internet connection?

You may try to do next steps:
1) Download file here: http://downloads.comodo.com/trustconnect/free_client.conf

2) Save it  in the directory
C:\Program Files(x86)\Comodo\TrustConnect\config\
with name TrustConnect.ovpn

3) Try to connect again.

If this not help, I recommend you contact to Comodo support:

I am not behind a proxy.

I tried what you suggested but It did not work like it's suppose to.

Weird  thing happened. The TrustCoinnect Client showed that I haven't been connected. But when I opened Google, it took me to Google UK. I checked my IP via Whatsmyipaddress and it showed two IP addresses. It was mentioned there that I am using a proxy. Proxy is of U.S origin. Comodo was written in the address.

Even though I closed trust client but still Google UK opens with the Comodo Banner at the Top.

I have disabled the Network Connection, TAP Win 32 Adapter, and was back to my normal internet.

I am going to contact support as you suggested.

Many thanks for trying to help.
