task schedule entry for updating

I noticed CSC updating when it is not open - even if it had not been run since boot up of Windows [7].
I found a scheduled task for CSC to update (deleted).

I think a bit of warning would be good, or an option in settings.

P.S. and an option to remove the misc context menu entries - took a bit of time hunting thru the reg to delete the keys.
