 Security Software Installed;
Spyware Doctor with Antivirus

- How you produced the problem;
Full Backup ran OK, Incremental hung, throwing our an event log, Application Hang

 How you tried to resolve the problem;
Reinstalling, same issue

 Screen-shots with the error (if any);
None

 Post Memory Dumps on crash if you encounter any;
None

Any other Additional Information;
It turns out that the users had many many path/filenames exceeding 255 characters.  I found this out by trying GIF backup and it tossed out the error report.
