I guess it's a one month plus cause of recent updates. Sorry guys but it's better to get a much useful firewall tomorrow than a weaker one today. Also, there were some works on the skinning tool lately, check it out!

Ok... let's keep on waiting for those tools.

Comodo, take your time since we don't want a rushed firewall or translation tools.

We want to continue to have THE firewall for windows  (B)

COMODO Polish Localization Team

Hello,

My name is Janusz Grzybek and I live In Poland. I am author dozens commercial and freeware software localization and websites to Polish language. I like your excellent firewall, and I would like to see Comodo Firewall in Polish language. I found on forum information about developing your localization tool for translators, but professional translators usually work with specialized and powerful localization software, for example Alchemy Catalyst, Passolo, Sisulizer, Trados etc. Localization software has many exceptional features dedicated to localization developing, for example, Translation Memory and validation features, multiple platform support, etc, and for this reason using these applications is more recommended than using tools created by software developers to localization their software. I have my own set of localization software, but I use mainly the Sisulizer Enterprise, because I am partner of Sisulizer Ltd. Using this software allows me, for example on import translation from my custom repository files and from my database of localization projects. Using this software for translation of your firewall probably speed up localization process, and will guarantee high quality language versions. Excuse me, my long introduction to my questions…
Will be possible localization of Comodo Firewall with other software than your tool?
My second question concern your not released language resources, and for this reason I don’t expect your answer, but maybe let me on the secret…
What will be format your language resource, DLL, XML, INI, PO or maybe other?

Best regards,
Janusz

I guess it's a one month plus cause of recent updates.

So. Any updated timetable for the translation tool? Perhaps when Threatcast has been added to CFP, or will more features be added before we have a "final" we can start working on?

I guess and fear the tool will be released at a moment, when I've got no time to translate it into my native tongue, and others will do that then, which is fine, but I might not like the translation then.

Hey Melih?!

If still alive, can you tell me if there actually IS something happening? (concerning translation possibilities etc.) or NOT?

Thanx if answering. Because people might get the impression the whole COMODO thing is only a fat joke by fat market wife Symantec.

Don't be angry: HOW can they tell (the difference)?

Sorry and... Cheers Smiley
