BOClean cleans out Installshield

I installed BOClean yesterday and in a blink it killed my Installshield.
Now I need help to reinstall it. How?

Can you give a little more information on what occurred?
Are you saying CBO detected malware, posted a prompt naming the suspect file and malware variant and you chose to delete it?
