When you say your "problem has returned", what security software was running at the time?
Did you look in the task manager to see if there was a process hang?

Edit: You have a PM.

You should get an auto responder email back to the email address you used to register.  Huh
This will give you a ticket number that you can access from your account for your response.
What ticket numbers have you not received a response on?

I have no idea what your original support request stated so I can't comment on your reply.
Log into your account at Support and ask for clarification.

What's up with this BOC 425 window showing up all the time. Easy to to replicate is simply clicking Boclean's system tray icon and then clicking "Close this menu".

This odd little window opens up on the screen every time and then closes about 5 seconds later.

Screenshot is attached.. Very odd! Ok i see its use to show what files are being scanned too, second screen shot attached. Wow its ugly, and i really dont care what files its scanning. So please either hide this window completely or make it more user friendly. Thanks!

Hit problems with uninstalling when it didn't show up on the toolbar.  Bounce  Kewl
So I got all the icons out of the BOClean folder and dragged them to the desktop, the folder won't work that way - I just wound up with 2 folders. Reboot and they will all delete, inclunding the folder, BOClean.  Star Star
I locked in my toolbar icons using Ad-Aware 2007 and it sets up a restore point on a partial run. I have two in there now Grin Grin
But try to get BOClean4.25 has been a major hassle, reboot to forn BOClean and lose 4 toolbar icons. I even tried it without any dialup connection, with connection and got the same results
Smiler I said: " I have 3 antispyware in the computer with one antivirus and Comodo's Firewall Pro.

I thoght it was IE7 that caused this, then my new HP PSC F1400. It can't be that for I have all of that back at this present time. TG the Firewall has BOClean in it! Darrell
