Instead of swapping out the exe  the OP ran it like an installer.
Probably should uninstall reinstall and then swap out the exe.

Perhaps?

I uninstalled boclean,,did a registry and folder clean,,and restarted computer.... I installed boclean and replaced the exe file that contained the new icons.... restarted the computer again and had the same window pop up.... This has to be something with the file that was downloaded from here http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?mmtimn2vwtv...

I just swapped out the exe file with the original that I had copied earlier... I am now back to where boclean starts normally without the pop up window... New icons were nice but it appears I will have to live with the old ones.... Thanks for all your help and if there are any more ideas I will gladly try them...

The MD5's were OK.
I missed a digit when I went to verify.

I did what you said and what that did was open the window twice.... After I ran run on the first window and boclean opened the same window opened again....

Did you disable the auto startup in the settings ?
