i tested the comodo backup. newest version.
whatever i do, the step two advanced settings like compression or type are not clickable. only the two things on top of the page: 64k and backup freespace.
the rest is inactive there.
the first line under advanced there are questionmarks. left, middle and right. each 3 together.
same under settings tab. the blue top button is named "Huh", and left of it is another ???pair.

if i ignore this fact, at the end i am told that the process had error code 4. if it would run, i had no compression and no setted type .data anyway

installed 3 times. on a xp sp2.
