I like the new simple copy for sync mode.  But if I set to duplicate every minute, it will redo all of it no matter the size to backup.  Only modified files would be welcome.

I haven't tested this in 2.x CBU, but is that how the final implementation will be?  ie a simple copy in sync mode copies all files even if they are unmodified?

I use CBU 1.x to track and Backup My Documents folder.  This has >2GB in size.  It wouldn't make sense for me to have CBU to sync that every 10 minutes if all files are copied.

Hi

In this release (2.0) it will remain as it is...
In the next release, simple copy in sync mode will copy only files that are modified.

Thank you

Cool, there's hope!  :-)  So after all the RC's it won't work like intended, we will have to wait for 2.1, is that correct?  It's ok to me as I can keep working with v1.

It'll come when it's ready and it'll be ready when it comes.

Because they want to get it right.

Sorry, wasn't meaning to be flippant.

There has been no official announcement as to the release date, but it can't be far off.

I like COMODO's products, and I'd like to use COMODO Backup BUT
it lacks the option to run all missed backup schedules.
This is very important, because if for some reason, backup scheduled are missed many  consecutive times, because system was not running, then there will not be valid backups when you need them.
I suggest an option to automatically run all missed schedules after 0 to 180 minutes AFTER
the first following system start, so that I don't have to use the already available options of running them
at system start or shutdown, to avoid long boot/shutdown times.

We will add these options into 2.1.

Thank you
