CVA Missed updates

Hi All,
I noticed that I was running Winpatrol version 15.5.2008 and as of 9/17/08 I noticed a newer version of winpatrol 15.9.2008.
Isn't CVA supposed to catch this?

FF 3.0.2 fixed in DB ver1.61.
We are not tracking Winpatrol, but it shall be included in due course (B).
