TrustConnect Service compatible with iPad2?

I have a iPad2 and Im trying to configure CTC service according to this process:

After I finish and input the login parameters, I get the following error:
VPN CONNECTION
“A connection could not be established to the PPP server. Try reconnecting. If the problem continues, verify your settings and contact your Administrator.”

However, this same CTC service is working fine in a Windows based PC.
The error appears only in the iPad2 (please see attached files for more information on the error).

Is the current CTC service compatible with the iPad2 VPN software?

Comodo TrustConnect is fully compatible with iPad 2. However if you are having trouble connecting to the PPP server some articles have suggested to reset your internet settings first and then configure VPN service.
