Why unchecked entries in registry scan?

Comodo scanned my registry the 3rd time and found 31 errors, but only 3 were checked. What doesit mean when so many are UNchecked?

Hi,

Your print screen shows that you don't have the latest version of Comodo System Cleaner installed.
Please follow this link in order to download the latest version: http://download.comodo.com/csc/download/setups/CSC_SETUP_2.1.114194.1_xp_vista_server2003_win7.exe

Also please make sure you will clean install the newer version(uninstall the current CSC and then manually remove any leftover files from the install location).
