Seriously, why are tinyurl.com links blocked?? It's just a URL shortening service for twitter. This is very frustrating.

IMO leave them blocked.
They obscure the target address and the result could be redirected to some unexpected location containing some form of malware.
URL shortening/redirection services have been abused to the point, that the services themselves are starting to get more commonly blacklisted.

Why is TinyURL blocked when Bit.ly, Ow.ly, and Twitter's t.co are allowed? TinyURL should be allowed by default.
