COMODO Secured, COMODO Supported

« Reply #15 on: July 12, 2006, 04:26:13 PM »

I tried this out for the first time the other day. Maybe it was because it was the first time I used it, but I found the interface very confusing. I had to play with it a little while to be able to add someone to the conference, and then I ended up sending emails to myself with the addition blind copied, maybe that is just the way it works? Once I was able to do it, everything seemed to go OK. Screenviewing seemed to work fine and everything afterwards went well.

Unfortunately, we are hogs on this kind of program and run multiple meetings daily maxing out our limit of 25 people in almost every session using GoToMeeting Corporate.

G'day,

The sites working OK now, but when I log in and click on "Download Server", the page is redirected to https://secure.useranywhere.com/UA/home.asp but nothing happens - no download and no servers listed.

Any ideas?

It's the same for me... nothing happens when you click download server.

If I click the License Detail, it say that the license has expired...

I have tried both FF2 and IE7. In IE7 I have allowed everything with script and ActiveX so the browser warns me that i'm not safe... Wink
I have also added useranywhere as a trusted site, and turned off phishing filter.

I will try comodomeet now.

Hey Melih,

I've registered several new accounts in an attempt to try UserAnywhere, but all of the new accounts report bad username or password. My exisiting account doesn't do anything when I click "Download Server".

I've PM'd you the names of the new accounts I've setup to see if you can remove them completely and I'll try again.

We'll get there!  Wink

Cheers,
Ewen :-)

"Download Server" button not working:

"Download server" button will start functioning automatically the moment licence issue is sorted out.

Thanks & Cheers
