Do I really have to have my credentials on the remote systems server before I can RA to the remote system?

Ewen :-)

Correct. Credentials are really required to be set on remote PC.

I am using Firefox nightly 14 aplha.

I did install the viewer plugin but whenever I open LoginPro page, Firefox says "Install missing plugins", and after clicking it, it gives an error that "no suitable plugin found".

When I select my system from login pro, I am getting this error message "A plugin is needed to display the content".

"Install missing plugins" is what FireFox propose to do but it searches only on it's own locations for plugins. That's why it can not find a suitable one. But I think that you should see a prompt on web page with Install button on it that helps to install the plugin.
Also if you close "Install missing plugins" you should see the prompt to install LoginPro plugin.

We'll have a look what can be done with that FireFox message.

Kind regards,
Vadym.

The plug-in is already installed in firefox, it just doesn't see it.

Im getting exactly the same message with my Firefox 11.0 in my MAC, however with Chrome works fine.

So how do we fix this, should we change something in firefox?

That's something Comodo will have to fix.

I'm still seeing pretty much the same situation as the previous version. I can only connect, using the plugin, with Internet Explorer. Chromium based browsers will connect via HTML, as will firefox. The latter is the only difference I have.

Edit: I asked this in the last thread but it wasn't answered. Can anyone explain why Internet Explorer loads

LoginProConnection.exe  and cac.exe

Whereas other browsers don't?

Hi Guys,

LoginPro is looking really good  Thumb Up

The only thing I have found is that since installing the LoginPro Server software, I keep getting log-in failures with COMODO Cloud ver 2.1.613  Huh ( I won't double post on the Cloud Forum but the error numbers are 5 & 175 if it's any help? )

Keep up the great work  Smiley
