Your VT report URL doesn't work. But, after searching VT I did find this
result. This indicates that this particular sample/file may be named in such a way as to be considered non-executable and thus not work with CIMA.
Valkyrie supports this and also doesn't display a filename for this sample either.
Mind you, in saying that, CIMA should probably handle this better rather than appearing to endlessly process the sample.
