cCloud web application 1.0.10.2 bug reports

  • Your browser version
    Comodo Dragon 31.1.0.0

  • How you produced the problem;
    Logging in to app.ccloud.com.
    Delays in opening folders.
    Delays in deleting folders.
    Occasionally the webpage will timeout when trying to delete folders.
    Very slow upload speed, both directly from the website as well as Comodo Backup trying to backup to Comodo Cloud.

  • How you tried to resolve the problem;

  • Any other Additional Information that can help us find the cause of the problem (for example: any non-default settings used);
    This is the exact same issue app.ccloud was having before the update. It worked quickly for a short time, then slowed back to as it was before the update.
    I am having this issue on multiple computers and on different network connections.

Please try again now. The problem should be fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    I try to sign in but it’s very very slowly, after a while an error occured. After I click the “Reload page” buttom, backs to the sign in page.
    It happens every time.
