I am using Comodo Backup 2.1.118414.11 on two computers. Mapped network drives (same drives, same network, same server, same drive letters) appear in the Backup and Restore options on one computer but not the other. What's the problem here? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. What am I doing wrong?

Hi

Thanks

It was enabled on the computer that does not show network drives and disabled on the one that does show network drives.

I disabled it on the computer that does not show network drives, rebooted, and it is now showing them.

I'm happy it works, but I'm also curious why this would be. Seems like it would be completely unrelated. Any insight? And thanks for the help.

Actually this is because network drives are mounted under limited privileges and CBU is running with higher privileges this is why they are not visible.

If network drives would be mounted under higher privileges, you wouldn't see them with normal programs that do not require higher privileges.
