In my ubuntu 12.04, when I scan the files with cloud scanning enabled, after a time (normally in wine files) the scan is freezing and then when I want to cancel the scan, I can't and all the computer is frozen and I need to restart the computer. In the beta version was no problem and the diagnostic before the scanning was no problem with the installation. When the cloud scan is disabled, it works correctly. Help please!!!!!!!!

I got the same issue as you daduck10. With the scan. But I have not tryed to disable the cloud scanner yet. So I will give it a go.
One thing I did notice. While the scan was frozen, is that I notice the clock counting up second by second. After one hour after the scan. I had to Crash my laptop.

Hi again, After I installed mine I ran a diagnostics and it found errors. So I ran it to fix any problems and said all fixed then a pop-up came up please restart your system. So I did and go back and ran a new test then it said not errors found.

So I am puzzled on your errors.

But all I can think do you run though the licence ok via the terminal and press Y for the Licence and the number for your Language.

Then after that it runs a long script until it checks the cmdagent.exe as in it stops it and starts again.

Regards

Nigel.

I did it again, made the diagnostics and it founds erros. I fixed them, restarted the pc and now are no more errors, but the problem with the cloud scan persists.

Thank you for the release.

Installed on Ubuntu 12.04. Errors detected for Mail Gateway, after running diagnostic 2 times, they were fixed.

Ran a scan with and without cloud scanning enabled without any problem.

Hi daduck10,

Thanks for your feedback. could you help to check the issue by the following steps?
- disable realtime scanning, in fact if you do not use it to guard file server, no need to turn on realtime scanning.
- scan with cloud scan enabled.
- check if process cmdagent still exist after scanning

Thanks,
Yanghua
