I think CFP should add a function in the interface , search rules or search words . If there are many rules in CFP , it is diffcult to find one of them .
AGREE!! like in SSM. very helpful feature:)

Could you consider putting the signature of the file that needs permission? I use the signature as a way of figuring out whether it is a safe or not.

Similarly you could provide a right click in the Computer and Network SecurityPolicy list for a quick assesment when one wants to check at a later stage. Or like Process Explorer from Sysinternals provide the signature by default; with the possibility to leave out the Microsoft signed ones.

It is currently not possible to let the list of Computer and Network  Security Policy be sorted out by application name. That makes searching harder.

Keep the good work up.  (B)

Hey all,

How about adding "Show active connections" and "view logs" to the system tray context menu?

I'll second that Smiley (especially as the "more" button doesn't work at the moment Wink ). How about adding a "show all active processes PLUS active connections" in one window (a kind of 2 for the price of 1 thingy Cheesy ). Not sure if that would look messy but could be interesting and usefull.

As long as it looks nice and organized, it'll be cool.

Has COMODO sorted out the slow shutdown problem yet?  Sad
There may be a "workaround", but I don't want workarounds - I just want it to work "out of the box"!

You can set the Defense+ level to "Learn All" before you shutdown system , after CFP adds rules for shutting down system , it will be normally .

I would like to see an "About" item there  Grin

So i can view my version without opening the main prog window, also the about window could also include a "copy version to clipboard (and any other info interesting for troubleshooting like windows ver.)" button, besides the close button.  Grin

Hey markokobal,
it's located at
Quote
C:\ Windows\ system32\ drivers\ inspect.sys
. Nor previous 2.4.x or this new release should work perfectly on win2k3 as that operating system is not supported. Some users were able to install previous version on a 32 bit system after they have applied all system patches (i don't know more).
