CFP already running, double click on the desktop icon (only Administrator works, not members of the Admins group) starts another copy of CFP...

I can confirm that. But, the duplicate process does not create a window/systray icon & it is not persistent. Second time I tried it, it was even less persistent.. only lasted a few seconds.

Hi Kail, I get two complete copies, both work as well as each other.
Edit: Two copies of cfp.exe in process explorer too
