Sorting firewall rules by drag and drop, drops on the wrong position 3.0.25-x32

If you use your mouse to "drag and drop" your firewall rules under an application it get's positioned on the wrong "side" of the rule, it always get's positioned on the rule "above" where you want it.

Confirmed on Vista SP1 x32 - CFP 3.0.25 and XP SP3, 3.0.25 by at least 3 different users.
