renaming of rule only works when changing something else (v3.0.25 x32)

Firewall / Advanced / Predefined Network Policies / [edit] Application Network Access Control: edit rule

when I rename a rule's Description and apply settings the new title is not saved unless I have changed something else too. Can anyone confirm this?

1. go to "edit" in said menu
2. change the rule's description name but nothing else
3. apply all settings until you're back at the main screen Advanced
4. go to the said menu again
= the rule's description name has not been changed successfully.

Suggestion:
I think setting a change flag was forgotten when Description line is actually changed.
