Digital signature do not install on The Bat

I am unable to install the Digital Signature Certificated provided by Comodo in The Bat email client. The customer support for The Bat claim that the Digital Signature from Comodo supports only the Outlook Express etc.

Could you tell me, are you using the Comodo e-mail certificates alone or are you using ‘Comodo SecureEmail (CSE)’ the piece of software?

The advice from The Bat is about digital certificates only and not about our ‘Comodo SecureEmail’ product.  The SecureEmail product help system has information about where CSE stores e-mail certificates – they are stored in the Windows certificate store.
