Most noticeable when tryingto export/import configurations, the window does not appear. The mouse cursor "hourglasses" briefly and no response. Closing cfp.exe and reopening it does not solve it. Killing and reopening explorer.exe does not solve it.

Version: latest OS: Windows Vista 32bit(no aero skin currently, but it does it on aero too so it can't be the skin)

I'm trying to relate anything to past such incidents... I believe each time I was either associating files with other video players(RealPlayer 10.5 and WMP) and disabling context menu options via ShellExView, but then re-enabled them.
