Can't remove Computer Security Policy

Hi, I can not remove Computer Security Policy. When I enter Defense+/Advanced/Computer Security Policy  and mark Application name then hit remove and then apply next start removed application comodo automaticly add the policy and do not ask me about it.

If you want to  fully control of which applications are added to Computer Security Policy then you'll have to switch Defense+ to Paranoid Mode. In other modes (unless Disabled) Defense+ will automatically make rules for Safe Application, and in Training Mode it will make rules for any application (including harmful apps).

At first time when I start application comodo ask me what to do and I thought that when I remove this application from security policy comodo ask me once again but it does not. Comodo remember my first answer is it OK?
