[3.0.25.378]Crash of CMD Agent logged by Inspector crash logger

As tester of Opera browser beta and snapshot builds I have their crashlogger named Inspector running in the background. It caught twice a crash of cmd agent (the crash was the same as the EIP code of the header is the same). Odd thing was the name was not there but I recognised by the version number (3.0.24.368) that it had to be a Comodo application. After checking the version numbers of all the Comodo components it turned out to be the cmd agent.

I am on Vista 32 SP1 Ultimate with:
Antivir Free
Spybot (SDWinsec residential)
A2 Free antispyware (a2service running)

I have attached the crash report and the config using Gibran's script.

I had to use the before last version of Gibran's script. It wouldn't function properly on both Opera 9.51 and the Windows Sctipt Host.
