installation won't complete

i tried to install CTM for the first time on my PC but it fails to complete....during restart.. installation gets stuck at 99% even though i left my PC for an hour......here's the specification of the hard drive below....
i am using comodo dragon, comodo program manager, tuneup utilities 2011 and norton internet security 2011
