I have never saw this error.
It's something like this:
"Windows found a critical problem and will be restarted automatically in one minute. Save your work now."
What is this? I never saw it before...  Sad

The Windows Events have something like this:
1. Fail in the memory dump start. Volmgr. ID 46.

It seems services.exe crushes. When you see the message? What operations did you do?

Was installing things... CPM and Soluto (freeware) and decide to restore a snapshot.
Boot. Windows load... but something was frozen, slow. Suddenly, that message appeared.
Boot again. The message never appeared again (until now).
