Hey SA,
you'll get the very same link when you fill out the form and click on the "Agree&Continue" button. So, i got the same result (i've choosed 1024 bit encryption /i failed once under an Opera browser when i used 2048/, no opt in for newletter). Any other informations what may help?

Same problem here (dragon 1.0.1.4beta)
Used Firefox to generate & save the certificate
